		<description>I&#039;m not sure you answered the posed question -- kind of a question with unlimited gateways into answers anyway -- but I love what you said.  Fiction truly is an alternate reality, sometimes a bigger than life reality, and an opportunity to portray a broader range of issue permutations than actually living a single POV (read author’s existence) allows.  But no matter how many imaginative windows an author finds out of themselves and into the universe, some in an audience will try to corner them inside their house.  Thanks for another fearlessly substantive column, Alma.  You always dive deep, and I know I have to hold my breath whenever I start reading.
